Refund Policy

Return / Refund Policy

All returns must be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their full order.  The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to The Bollard Shop, and all shipping cost related to the return.  The product will be checked for damage once it has been returned.  Any product that is damaged will not receive a refund. 

Restocking Fee:

All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  This fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping cost related to the return of products.  If the product is lost by the LTL or Parcel shipping company while it is being shipped back to The Bollard Shop, the buyer will not receive a refund and the buyer shall be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.  The initial shipping charges on the original order will NOT be refunded if the customer receives the order.
