Quick and easy to install, The Bollard Shop Flat Top Bollard Covers include two strips of installation foam to secure the cover over the existing bollard. No tools or adhesives are needed for this remarkable improvement. Simply cross the foam strips over the existing post and slide on the cover! The 3M reflective stripes provide daytime and nighttime visibility, avoiding heavy damage to both vehicles and structures. Made out of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is solvent resistant and a high tensile strength.
